Orders can be picked up daily, from 9-4. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. 
We do not ship outside of The United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at toocahoots@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
